Teacher Toolkits

Through the creation of educational tools to promote critical thinking, Voiceless is ensuring the youth of today are well-equipped to be tomorrow's decision makers - creating a world in which animals are treated with respect and compassion.

Voiceless Education Toolkits (VETs) will soon cover a range of key topics and issues, critical to understanding the relationship between human and nonhuman animals.

Voiceless is a proud partner in the Humane Education Coalition.

Chicken Welfare in the Meat Industry

Our first VET provides students and teachers with the information they need to understand how chicken meat is produced in Australia, and the welfare issues associated with these production methods.

The resources are designed to accompany Young Adult fiction, Sky, written by Voiceless Co-founder, Ondine Sherman.

This VET contains a video, infographic, fact sheet and English teacher notes.
