Voiceless, the animal protection institute headed by Brian and Gene Sherman, held its main fund-raising initiative in Sydney last night.  Called Voices of Art 2, the fundraiser at the Sherman Contemporary Art Foundation in inner-city Paddington, attracted many business, philanthropic and entertainment identities - and we hear, the funds raised from the night exceeded the organisers' expectations.
