From time to time, opportunities emerge to work in Voiceless’s Sydney office on an unpaid/volunteer basis with our legal arm. Our volunteers engage in a range from work from legal research and report writing to assisting with submissions regarding matters of animal law. Working with us provides a unique experience to gain exposure to this cutting edge area of law. It also serves as a great opportunity to refine your legal research and writing skills. If you are currently enrolled in your final years of law school and are interested in volunteering with Voiceless, please be sure to monitor Voiceless Law Talk where volunteer positions are advertised. If you are a law student at the University of New South Wales you may wish to apply to work with us through the Faculty of Law’s public interest internship scheme. Please contact the relevant staff at your Faculty for further details. There are also limited opportunities to work with us as a law graduate, if you have completed your legal studies in NSW and are interested in fulfilling your legal professional program requirements. These work experience opportunities are generally advertised on Voiceless Law Talk. |
