2009 Grants Recipients
University of Melbourne $5,000 Print E-mail

The Australian Animal Studies Group (AA&S) grew from the need for connectivity and support between the many scholarly disciplines within the emerging field of Animal Studies.  The funds from this grant will assist in the establishment of a website, database and newsletter.  The AA&S group spotlights new academic research on animal protection issues and allows for the free flow of information and support between peers.
