  Link   Animal Place (USA)
Animal Place is a sanctuary for farm animals that have been abused. It was established in 1989 and also involves a humane education centre which aims to promote a cruelty-free lifestyle.
  Link   Beyond Factory Farming Coalition (Canada)
This is an organisation based in Canada who addresses the problems associated with factory farming. In essence, they promote socially responsible livestock production (i.e. production which is safe, healthy and fair).
  Link   Compassionate Action for Animals (USA)
This organisation works to reduce the suffering of farmed animals by educating the public. They aim to build a community that is concerned about animal rights. Compassionate Action for Animals run most of their events in Minneapolis & St. Paul.

Based in Minnesota, this organisation aims to improve the conditions of farm animals, as well as reducing their suffering. These goals are achieved by conducting investigations, exposing animal exploitation and educating the public.

This organisation aims to end animal abuse on factory farms, stockyards & slaughter houses. They rescue animals that are being abused, run campaigns to educate the public, and advocate for legal reforms.

FARM is a national educational organisation that advocates the humane treatment of farm animals. This organisation has an extensive network that encompasses all fifty US states, as well as over twenty other countries.

Free Range Canberra is a campaign that aims to effectively ban the production of battery eggs in the ACT, and encourage ACT consumers to buy free range eggs.

Grace Factory Farm Project works to create a sustainable, healthy & humane food production system. They engage in public hearings with the aim of educating government officials, and the public, about the realities of factory farming.

Hillside is an organisation which campaigns for animal protection and strives to educate the public about the suffering endured by animals in factory farms. In addition, the animal sanctuary is home to almost 800 mostly rescued animals.

This division of HSUS strives to improve the lives of farm animals by pushing for the enforcement of existing animal cruelty laws, lobbying for the enactment of new laws, and developing strategies to put an end to farm animal abuse.

Based in California, this organisation’s aim is to protect farm animals from cruelty, to protect the public from dangerous chemicals used on factory farms, and to protect the environment from the effects of animal factories.
