As part of our role as a capacity builder within the vibrant and diverse Australian animal protection movement, Voiceless is pleased to provide the following list of resources which may be of use to those requiring funding for projects not eligible for the Voiceless Grants Program, or those seeking other forms of assistance and support for their work.

This organisation is trustee for over 200 charitable trusts, including two with reference to providing funding to charitable organisations relating to animals/fauna: Albert George and Nancy Caroline Youngman Trust; and Hazel and Arthur Bruce Bequest.

The communitybuilders.nsw site is provided by the NSW Department of Community Services in order to assist people who are working to strengthen the capacity of their communities. It includes a section on funding and awards.

The "Our Community" site offers a range of resources, training, advice and tools for Australian community groups and schools. The 'Easy Grants" and "Raising Funds" newsletters may be of particular interest.

Philanthropy Australia is the national peak body for philanthropy and is a not-for-profit membership organisation. A section of their website is devoted to those seeking funding, including a list of "frequently asked questions".
