This article examines the most recent edition of the Australian Law Reform Commission (ALRC) Journal which is devoted to Animal Law. 

Prof David Weisbrot AM, the President of the ALRC and Voiceless's Corporate Counsel, Katrina Sharman, argue that food labelling laws are letting animals down, and misleading consumers.
