Scientific Expert Advisory Council (SEAC)

Voiceless believes in the provision of quality information, analysis and resources to inspire debate and discussion and to empower individuals and organisations to generate positive social change.

Voiceless strives to produce Reports to the highest standards. Our Australian and International panel of esteemed scientists assist with achieving this aim.

Bernard E. Rollin (B.A. CCNY, Ph.D. Columbia) is University Distinguished Professor, Professor of Philosophy, Professor of Biomedical Sciences, Professor of Animal Sciences, and University Bioethicist at Colorado State University.

Marc Bekoff is Professor Emeritus of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at the University of Colorado, Boulder, and co-founder with Jane Goodall of Ethologists for the Ethical Treatment of Animals.

A.J.F. (John) Webster, M.A.,Vet MB, PhD, MRCVS is Professor Emeritus at the University of Bristol.

Lesley Rogers is Emeritus Professor at the University of New England, where she co-ordinates the Centre for Neuroscience and Animal Behaviour.

Clive Phillips PhD is Australia’s Chair in Animal Welfare, at the University of Queensland and also established the Centre for Animal Welfare and Ethics.
